The aim of the app is to help you get familiar with English by repeatedly exposing you to its structures. At the end of a set of six questions you have a choice: End the game or Get grammar points. In either case, you are shown a panoramic view of all your answers and given the chance to revise the grammar exemplified in the questions by tapping on the icon on the top right-hand corner of each question.
The App allows you to track your own performance and your performance in relation to that of other players.
because if the questions are found interesting everything connected to them (language, facts...) is likely to be remembered more easily; many of them have visual and audio features which will also help you to remember the information associated with them. The questions have to be answered in 15 seconds. The long ones are designed to improve your reading speed.
The questions often exemplify a grammar point. If you see how English is used time and again, you will get familiar with it and you will find it easier to use what you are learning. The questions exemplifying a grammar point are linked to the grammar section where that point is dealt with so that the explanation can be accessed immediately if it needs to be revised.
The exercises will help you improve your knowledge of English. You have to tap on the right options in the right order. If you think you have made a mistake, you can tap on the wrong answer and choose another option.
You have no time limit because the aim of this section is to help you put in practice what you have revised. All the blanks are the same length so that the exercises won't become a guessing game.
